I really don't know what's going on with this character. It's like they gave her a complete redesign. At first she looked like a super timid shy girl, until she hulks up, now she's a meat eating delinquent with wild hair. I'll be happy when we get her full  introduction.

I think you have her confused. Thats Caulifla . Caulifla is the gang leader that Cabba tried to recruit to participate in the ToP which she agrees to do. KALE is the timid Saiyan that hulks into her Berserk form because she has the Legendary Super Saiyan energy like Broly has in Universe 7.
